Has anyone have good hair tips for me?

I have just about shoulder length dark-dark brown hair that is pretty straight. It is very, very thick and a bit oily. My face is slightly ovalish. I need a couple hairstyles/tips that are casual and easy to do. I would really appreciate any tip/styles that you could give me.

for oval faces I usually recommend layers I have an oval face and layers are wonderful if you like the color leave it but always remember if you mess with the color it damages your hair as for the oilyness i would use a 2-in-1 conditioner and shampoo specifically for oily hair and then rinse with conditioner that has moisturizing on the label another thing you could do is use mayonaise in your hair i know it sounds gross but it works. just get mayo put it in your hair and put cling wrap on it and leave it for thirty minutes wash it out and shampoo normally.

if it's a bit oily, try using head and sholders, like once or twice a week, and using more frequently if needed.

putting hair half up and half down is good.. dont like slick it down when u finish.. it can be kind of messy and still look good... it might not show the oil part as much.. i do this when i forget to take a shower in the morning

Make a part on the side or a zig zag part, and put it up in a French twist with a clip or a claw; it's quick and can work with wet or dry hair; great for the summer.

It sounds exactly like my hair! Tie it in a high pony tail will look good but if you use a ribbon like a hairband you will look sweet. You can also tie two bunches just above your ears. If you want, braid it. So many things to do. Just be creative.
