Nothing will make your hair grow faster. Everyone gets spurts through the year, and seasons will effect it. But really...vitamines etc? Give me a break :)

MOISTURE MOISTURE%26lt; MOISTURE! I'm talking oil, and grease, but not sooooo much greasy itz crazy...also, DO NOT put a lot of stress on your hair...NO tight pony tails NO massive amounts of heat NO overusing the chemicals (such as dyes and relaxers) NO rough materials (headbands, cotton scarfs and such...if U wanna wear scarfs to bed, I advise u to use a silk scarf)...also braids, when done right, can really benefit you hair, they give your hair time to rest from all the damage we put it through onna day to day basis...Another thing, wash your hair (but not TOO frequently), to get rid of residue and dryness...use shampoos that do not dry your hair out too much....TRIM your hair...yes i know this sounds outrageous cuz you want it to grow, but by cutting dead split ends, it prevents your strands from slitting all the way up to your scalp, and causing your hair to fall out right from your hair..and finally...I cannot say this enuff, condition your hair....at least once every two weeks try and treat your hair to a deep conditioning!.....Do all this and I promise you will see the results....

I wouldnt advise getting that book it seems like a rip off. I could pretty guess every answer to those silly questions. Theres no fast track way to make hair grow, it gorws how and when it wants to. No product is gonna increase that growth. Hair will grow better if its in good condition.

So keep it moisturised, invest in a good shampoo %26amp; intensive conditioner. Paul Mitchell, Kera Care Or Phillp Kingsley do good products

Get ur hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks

Dont over use heat products, if you feel you HAVE to then invest in some heat protection spray

Drink lots of water, which is essential for your health anyway

Dont brush hair when wet use a large toothed comb

Wrap hair before you sleep

Try not to dye it constantly or chemically treat it if possible (if u are then increase the amount of treatments you use either at home or at your hairdressers)
