|it depends on how bright of blue you want it to look. if you dye blue over your dark hair, you will only see it when the sunshines on it or light hits it.

if you want bright blue hair, bleach it first then dye it blue =) just get some good conditioner to take care of your hair after you do it =)

Add a blue streak to your naturally dark hair. Don't go all blue. A small blue streak is really sexy, IMO, but all blue is a psycho-stay-away-from-me color.
