Makeup tips:

Use glitter in your hair...maybe some blue/green streaks in it too. Use glitter on your eyes as well . Google images and put in "mermaid parade" . You can see some costumes on there.

You could wear a cute sequin shirt and have a coconut or shell bra on over it. and wear a shiny flowing shirt to match with it...i would suggest wearing a wig maybe a blonde or red one ( like Ariel) you could find unique accessories or clips -like ones with shells or pearls and put them in your hair or colorful flowers, or you could crimp your own hair and put glitter spray in and put different colors in it.

Wear your hair REALLY LONG (CVS has extensions if you have short hair) and either crimped or curly, as for your make-up over the top glittery mascara and faux eye-lashes! YOUR GONNA LOOK FAB!
